These Terms govern your access to and use of Locksmiths.city ("Platform", "Company", "we", "us"). By using this website, you agree to these Terms.

1. Nature of Services

Locksmiths.city is a marketing and lead-generation platform connecting consumers ("Users") with independent locksmith service providers ("Service Providers").

We do NOT provide locksmith services.
We are NOT licensed locksmiths.
We do NOT supervise or control service work.
We are NOT a party to agreements between Users and Service Providers.

2. No Verification or Endorsement

We do not verify licenses, insurance, certifications, background checks, or qualifications. Users are solely responsible for due diligence before hiring any Service Provider.

3. AI & Pricing Disclaimer

Any pricing estimates, rankings, or recommendations may be generated using automated or AI systems. These are informational only and not binding quotes.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Locksmiths.city shall not be liable for:

Personal injury or property damage
Lock damage or security issues
Contractor negligence or fraud
Lost profits or business interruption
Indirect or consequential damages

Total liability is capped at $100 or the subscription amount paid in the previous 12 months, whichever is lower.

5. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from claims arising from Platform use or interactions with Service Providers.

6. Premium Service Provider Terms

No guaranteed leads or revenue.
Advertising exposure only.
Subscriptions may auto-renew.
Non-refundable unless stated otherwise.
We may suspend listings at discretion.

7. Call Recording Consent

Calls made through tracking numbers may be recorded for quality assurance and compliance. By using the Platform, you consent where permitted by law.

8. Arbitration & Class Action Waiver

All disputes shall be resolved via binding arbitration under AAA rules. You waive jury trials and class actions.

9. Governing Law

Governed by the laws of the State of New York.
